In order to accept payments for subscriptions via your web sign up page, you need to have a Stripe account. This will allow you to automatically get paid every time someone purchases a monthly or yearly subscription through your Hype Burst fitness account.
With Stripe, you are able to manually cancel a user's subscription to your fitness app and offer them a refund. This is only available to those who signed up through your website signup page.

How to process a refund through Stripe
You should make sure you have your Stripe account set up. If you haven't done this step, please read the full support article here: https://hypeburst.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articles/4415857788049-Create-Stripe-Account-.
Step 1: Log into your Stripe account
Head to https://dashboard.stripe.com to log into your Stripe account.

Step 2: Click 'Payments'
Once you are logged in, click 'Payments' in the panel at the top of your Dashboard.

Step 3: Find the payment you are refunding
Once you are in the 'Payments' page, find the payment that you are refunding from the list of Payments under the tab 'All'.
Step 4: Click 'Refund Payment'
Once you have found the payment that you are refunding, click the '•••' icon which is to the right of the charge and select 'Refund Charge'.
Step 5: Enter the amount you are refunding
As default, the total amount of the payment will be entered, you are able to edit the amount and enter in what you wish to refund.

Step 6: Select the reason for the refund
Next to 'Reason', choose an option from the drop down menu that will appear, which you are able to see in the reference image below.

Step 7: Click 'Refund'
Once you have entered in the amount and reason for the refund, click 'Refund'. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear in a customer's statement. Please note that Stripe's fees for the original payment will not be refunded, but there will be no additional fees for the refund.

How to get started
Head to https://dashboard.stripe.com to log into your Stripe account. Once you are logged in, head to your 'Payments' page to process a refund.
